     Dr Helen Fry is one of the UK’s leading experts on Jewish refugee history, with particular reference to those refugees from Nazism who served in the British forces in WWII. As a highly successful author of titles including: Churchill’s German Army; The Kings Most Loyal Enemy Aliens; Freuds’ War; Music & Men; and From Dachau to D-Day, Dr Fry has been involved in this area of research for the last 10 years. Her work has been covered widely in national and international media; and as consultant and lead historian she has featured on the National Geographic Channel, BBC Television and ITV, as well as all the national newspapers in the UK. With James Hamilton, she has branched into fiction under the pseudonym J H Schryer. Their first novel Goodnight Vienna, set in Nazi-occupied Vienna in 1938, was published in 2009. Their second novel Moonlight Over Denmark is out in 2010.
